The site looks fine overall, but am I the only one who felt like the science behind the products wasn’t explained very clearly? Some of the claims came across a bit too confident for me, especially without easy-to-find studies or stronger evidence linked. Maybe it does work for some people, but I personally wanted a little more proof before feeling comfortable trusting it...

I checked out dotfit hoping to find some clear, easy-to-understand education resources, but i ended up feeling confused. A few of the pages were hard to follow, and I didn’t feel like the basics were explained in a simple way. I had to go look elsewhere just to get a better grasp of what I needed. That said, maybe I just wasn’t the right fit for how it’s laid out, and I’m sure it could work better for other people. For me though, it wasn’t very helpful

I tried using dotfit.com and, I don’t know, it just didn’t feel very easy to figure out. The menus felt kind of all over the place, and I kept clicking around looking for basic things that I thought would be obvious.

Maybe it makes sense once you’re used to it, but for me it was just annoying. The pages didn’t really feel clear, and after a while I sort of lost patience and gave up before doing what I actually came there to do.

I tried using the site on my phone, it was frustrating. It feels clunky, and sometimes the pages load in a weird way, which makes the whole experience kind of annoying

My order showed up late twice, and the tracking was barely updated, actually, it did update, but not nearly enough to know what was going on. Frustrating overall.

I tried dotfit for about two months. Mainly for weight management. The meal ideas were fine, nothing bad there. But my weight barely changed, honestly. And after a while it just felt like a lot to keep up with. Tracking, planning, staying on top of it. Maybe it works better for other people. For me, not so much.

I’ve had a decent experience overall and was able to find a few things I liked. The only downside is that some of the items I really wanted weren’t available, which was a little frustrating. Still, the selection is nice when things are in stock, so I’d probably check back again.

My order got here fairly quickly, but the box was really beat up when it arrived. One of the tub lids was loose too, which made me a little nervous. I had to return one item, and the return itself went through fine. The refund just took longer than I thought it would, though maybe I was expecting it to happen quicker than is normal. Customer service did get back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly fast. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially great either.

For supplements, I really prefer clear amounts, full details, and less vague wording. Nothing went wrong with my order, but the lack of transparency makes me hesitant to buy again. I’d probably give it 2 stars.

I ordered from dotFIT after my trainer mentioned it, and overall it was a normal experience. The protein powder was good enough, and it showed up in a few days, so I really didn’t have any issues with the actual order.
